This page explains, in plain words, what this site stores and what it does not.

Who is responsible

The site is operated by Dmytro Galko, an independent developer based in the European Union, trading as dkautomation.dev. For anything on this page, write to dmitro@dkautomation.dev.

What is collected

When you run a scan: the address you type. No account, no sign-up. The address and its grade are kept so we can see which kinds of sites are being checked.
Only if you ask for monitoring: your email address, and your name and phone number if you choose to enter them — both are optional. Alongside them we store the site you scanned, its grade, the date, and the exact consent wording you agreed to.
Counters: how many people opened the page, ran a scan, or subscribed, and the name of the site that linked you here. These are plain numbers per day. No profiles, no advertising trackers, no cookies.

Your light or dark theme choice is stored by your own browser and never reaches us.

Why, and on what basis

Your details are stored on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). They are used for one purpose: to email you when the AI readiness of your site changes. The second, optional box is a separate consent for occasional notes about new free tools — leaving it unticked changes nothing else.

How long it is kept

Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, whichever comes first. Ask and it is removed — no questions, no retention period. Daily counters are aggregate numbers and are not linked to you.

Who else can see it

The site runs on Cloudflare, which hosts the code and the stored records and acts as our processor. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for advertising. There are no third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what is stored about you, correct it, have it deleted, withdraw your consent at any time, or receive it in a portable form. One email to dmitro@dkautomation.dev is enough. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Sites you scan

Scanning reads only files a site publishes for anyone to read: robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt and the homepage. Nothing is logged in, nothing is submitted, no private area is touched.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
